Referee Recruitment

FAW Refereeing
FAW Refereeing

The Football Association of Wales is always seeking to recruit new referees, both male and female. Any individual, who wishes to become a referee should complete the form below, which will be sent directly to the email of the FAW Referees Manager, Ray Ellingham.

Referees courses are held in all areas of Wales under the jurisdiction of the local Associations. Once the course is satisfactorily completed individuals concerned will be able to progress through the system, and even progress to the FIFA International list of Referees and Assistant Referees, which gives them the opportunity to Officiate in all parts of Europe and on occasion in other parts of the world.

There are many advantages of becoming a Referee, particularly it gives the opportunity for physical activity, with a consequent improvement in health and fitness.

If you wish to give service to the game as a Referee, please contact us today using the form below or email bmjones@faw.co.uk
