Wales under 15's narrowly defeated.

Wales Under 15's suffer a 1-0 defeat at Connah's Quay.

Wales lost 1-0 to Poland at the Deeside Stadium, Connah's Quay this evening in the second Under 15 Development friendly international.

Wales had the ball in the net from Ibi Sosani but the goal was ruled-out.

After no goals in the opening 40 minutes, the Polish winner came from Przemysaw Macierzyskiin the 51st minute.

Technical Director and U15 Head Coach Osian Roberts has named his starting line up for this evenings second friendly international v Poland at the Deeside Stadium home of Gap Connahs Quay. The game kick's off at 7pm

Wales lost 3-1 to Poland at Rhyl last night (Tuesday).

Poland had taken a 2-0 half time lead after an own goal from Liam Angel (6m) and then Jakub Obój (37m).

In the second half, Wales came-back into the match with a 48th minute goal from Matty Smith, but on 76 minutes, Poland increased their lead with a goal from David Kopacz.

The two sides meet again at the Deeside Leisure Centre, Connah's Quay, on Thursday evening - 7pm.

Osian Roberts has named his squad for two friendly matches with Poland.

These matches will be the first development games for the squad that will play in the Autumn Victory Shield Competition at Under 16 level.

There will be further matches against Switzerland and Belgium later in the Spring.

The matches with Poland will be played at:

Rhyl FC - 18th March 2014 - 7pm
Connah's Quay Nomads FC - 20th March 2014 - 7pm

Admission is free for Under 16's. Adults £3 at the turnstiles.
