Schools from across the country will be able to watch the future of Cymru football next month for free as the U21 and U19 sides face some key games in their UEFA qualifying round matches.
Paul Bodin’s U21 side will be at the Racecourse in Wrexham on Tuesday 19 November where they will face Bosnia & Herzegovina. The 4pm KO will be Cymru’s third match of the campaign so far, which has included an impressive 1-0 win against Belgium in September.
Rob Edwards’ U19s also have three home matches as Cymru host their qualifying round for the 2020 #U19EURO championship. Cymru will be at Rodney Parade in Newport to face Poland and Kosovo on the 13th and 19th November respectively. On Saturday 16 November, between the two fixtures at Newport, Cymru will face Russia at the Leckwith Stadium in Cardiff. All three U19s games will have a 1pm KO.
For each game the FAW is offering free tickets for school trips to attend. Schools in north Wales and south east Wales have been contacted to declare their interest. If you work in either a primary, secondary or further education institution and you have not received the information please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
