Ryan Giggs Announces First UEFA Nations League Squad

Ryan Giggs has announced his first competitive squad ahead of the inaugural UEFA Nations League matches in September.

Tyler Roberts has been called up to the senior side from the U21’s and Paul Dummett has also been called up for the first time since 2016. Ethan Ampadu also returns to the squad after recovering from injury.

The 25 man squad will face the Republic of Ireland at home on the 6th of September before travelling to Aarhus to face Denmark on the 9th of September.

These are Giggs’ first competitive games in charge of Wales, with the winner of our Group in the Nations League guaranteed a spot in the Euro 2020 play-offs.
